Crantock Beach is just a half-mile walk away – spend days on the sand, pop into the beach cafe, or join the South West Coast Path which leads to Newquay in one direction (3 miles via a foot ferry) and scenic Pentire Point in the other (2 miles). For more local beaches, sandy options include picturesque Polly Joke and surf-paradise Fistral Beach (both within 4.5 miles).
