Escape to this charming, Grade II-listed 17th century thatched farmhouse on the beautiful St Mellion Estate. 450 acres of scenic Cornish countryside and perfectly placed for exploring South Devon, you’ll be within easy reach of top attractions, whether you’re planning fun-filled days out or simply want to relax. Right on your doorstep lies the Tamar Valley National Landscape, with scenic walking and cycling trails weaving through the landscape. For a taste of city life, head 13 miles to Plymouth, where you’ll find the National Marine Aquarium, fascinating museums, vibrant galleries, and the historic Hoe Park. Nearby, you can explore National Trust treasures such as Cotehele Mill and Buckland Abbey (both within 17 miles) or enjoy the coast at Looe (17 miles), Seaton Beach (13 miles), and the dramatic Rame Head Heritage Coast (20 miles). Step through the wooden front door into a welcoming enclosed porch and entrance hallway. From here, you’ll find the living room to the right, cloakroom/boot room straight ahead, and dining room to the left.
