The property is reached via a path from the main road, and features a welcoming front garden with a small lawn and a bench offering a charming spot for a morning coffee. A step leads up to the front door, with the welcoming entrance hall providing plenty of space for leaving coats and boots before you head through to the stylishly arranged open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner. Entering this bright and cheerful room, you will be greeted by the fully equipped and thoughtfully organised kitchen area, with a lovely central farmhouse-style dining table. To one side, the light-filled lounge is an ideal space for you all to unwind in, with a Smart TV, plush seating and a wood burner set in a brick surround. Heading up the winding cottage-style stairs, the first floor features a refreshing bathroom and two cosy bedrooms. The first is a sweet king-size room with a feature fireplace, and the second is a spacious room with a single bed and a pair of bunks. This room is made up for two guests, with the top bunk available on request. A stable door leads from the kitchen into the cheerful split-level back garden, with a couple of steps leading up onto the patio, which makes a lovely spot for dining alfresco. Please keep pets and children supervised, as there is a steep drop from the raised patio. Parking can be found along the unmade road about 200 metres from the cottage.
