This peaceful hideaway near Cenarth Falls Cardigan in the Teifi Valley is a fantastic choice for a group of four keen walkers, beach goers and adventurers. Cenarth Falls (1.5 miles) is known for its spectacular waterfall, where the River Teifi crashes along rocky ledges and salmon leap in season. Keen walkers will be in their element following the path along the Teifi Valley to Cilgerran (6.5 miles), where they'll be rewarded with commanding views of the 13th-century castle. The Ceredigion Coast Path and Pembrokeshire Coast Path are also popular rambling routes and offer breathtaking views along their windswept trails. Beaches along the way are highlights in their own right: Tresaith (6.5 miles) with its waterfall spilling onto the sand, secluded Mwnt (9.5 miles) with its sheltered bay and 14th-century chapel, and Poppit Sands (10.5 miles) with its golden sands and rolling dunes. At the heart of this characterful home is the open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner. Soothing tones combined with rustic wood reflect the local heritage and set the tone for your stay. Rustle up hearty Welsh stews in the well-equipped kitchen, unwind with a drink in front of the fire on the leather seating, or gather around the dining table for nights of games and nibbles. There's also the Smart TV, perfect for when you want to cosy up and watch films. Finishing this floor is the cloakroom with a WC. Upstairs, enjoy a well-deserved rest in either the sumptuous double bedroom or charming twin bedroom. The stylish bathroom provides everything you need to start the day feeling refreshed and ready to tackle the countryside. The outdoor space is a beautiful addition to the home, and one where all guests can gather for aperitifs or al fresco dining. You have access to both a private and a shared space, offering plenty for youngsters to get involved with, including outdoor games. Strike up the BBQ for a feast or play a game of golf on the communal golf field. If you are travelling with a larger group, the cottage can be booked together with the two neighbouring properties to accommodate up to ten extra guests. Stays here also include a discount at a nearby health club, just a mile away, and benefits from private parking for 2 cars.
