With a sweeping sandy beach, an imposing castle, and a selection of shops and eateries within 0.5 miles, a stay here is steeped in history and charm. Head out for coastal walks to Budle Bay (2 miles) or venture to Seahouses Harbour (3.5 miles) for boat trips to the wildlife-rich Farne Islands. History lovers will find trips over the tidal causeway to Lindisfarne (16.5 miles) and to the world-famous Alnwick Castle (16 miles) unmissable. Arranged over three storeys, this mid-terrace cottage has an abundance of charm.
