Located in the heart of the picture postcard village of Swinton, this property is close to a local inn serving hearty meals in a cosy setting. Both the lovely towns of Duns and Coldstream are 6 miles away, where you can visit fantastic attractions such as an amazing museum dedicated to local motor racing legend Jim Clark. Manderston House, home to the only silver staircase in the world, and Paxton House with its wonderful gardens and tearoom, are nearby. Alternatively, visit the delightful village of Norham (4.5 miles), nestled by the banks of the River Tweed, with its quality butcher and friendly inns. Explore the Berwickshire coastline (15 miles) and visit the bustling seaside town of Eyemouth and coastal village of St Abbs with a dive centre and nature reserve, where you can take a sea-safari wildlife boat trip or a thrilling RIB ride. Step inside this family and dog-friendly house into the hall, the perfect space to store your outdoor clothing before heading through to the light and bright spacious lounge. Relax on the comfortable sofas and watch a great movie on the Smart TV with the wood burner blazing or get competitive and play one of the board games on offer.
