Overlooking the River Eea in the picturesque village of Cark, this delightful three-storey home offers a peaceful retreat for families or groups of friends. It serves as an excellent base for discovering both the natural beauty of the Lake District and the nearby coastline. The property is conveniently located less than 100 metres from a pub, a shop , Cark & Cartmel railway station and the nearby Post Office and Pharmacy. Just under 2 miles away lies the charming town of Cartmel, renowned for its historic 12th-century priory, upscale shops, and gourmet dining. Nearby attractions include Holker Hall and its gardens (0.5 miles), the scenic Ornamental Gardens in Grange-over-Sands (4 miles), the nostalgic Lakeside and Haverthwaite Railway (5 miles), and the southern tip of Lake Windermere at Newby Bridge (8 miles). Upon entering the property on the ground floor, you are welcomed into a self-contained living space, with its own lounge, kitchenette, double bedroom and shower room.
