This magnificent and impressive holiday home has five bedrooms and five bathrooms making it ideal for accommodating big groups, or families looking to spread out and celebrate or just relax. Located close to Braunton along the North Devon coast, it’s just 3 miles from the beautiful shores of Saunton Sands. Braunton's village centre bustles with activity and a smart selection of shops pubs, cocktail bars, restaurants and cafes. Located in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty with nearby Braunton Burrows being home to the largest sand dune system in England and is a UNESCO-designated biosphere reserve, perfect for family walks! This stylish and well-designed home is approached via a 5 bar gate leading to a private gravel driveway. As you enter the property a boot room and access to the garage games room is on your left and on your right is the fantastic large lounge/kitchen/diner with breakfast bar and direct access through floor to ceiling doors in the lounge area open up onto the garden and patio with levelled lawned enclosed garden, ideal for children to run and play.
