This welcoming holiday retreat is set amongst beautiful landscaped grounds, just 1 mile from the quaint coastal village of Seaton and only 0.8 miles from the picturesque Downderry. The pet-friendly property sleeps six guests and has stylish interiors and a sociable, open-plan layout. Journey into the traditional Cornish village, where you’ll find a handful of eateries, including a pub. Seaton Beach is made up of sand and pebbles and is a favourite amongst families and dog walkers, as well as being a popular spot for surfers. Stunning walks abound in the area, including along the banks of the River Seaton and through Seaton Valley Country Park. Keen walkers can also pick up the South West Coast Path, which leads to nearby hidden coves such as Plaidy or Millendreath, along with the neighbouring village of Downderry (0.8 mile) which boast a stunning pub which overlooks the sea. Further afield, enjoy day trips to the seaside town of Looe (8 miles) and the picture-postcard harbour at Polperro (14 miles).This stone barn accommodation is arranged across one level. The central living space is a bright lounge/kitchen/diner with wooden floors, sleek furniture, and an array of homely touches. Along the far end is a modern, fitted kitchen with glossy units - fully equipped for preparing holiday meals and treats. From the main hallway, you’ll find three inviting bedrooms – choose from a king-size, a double, or a bunk bedroom that’s ideal for children, all of which have direct access to the beautiful garden. One of the bedrooms has its own en-suite bathroom, and the other two bedrooms share a convenient wet room.Outside, relax in the large, enclosed attractive garden, surrounded by mature shrubs and pretty plants.
