You’re literally on the doorstep of one of Europe’s largest Dark Sky Parks. Situated on Hadrian’s Wall on the border between Cumbria and Northumberland, the sleepy village of Gilsland, 2 miles away, offers some wonderful walks around the village and through its breathtaking scenery.
