This delightful home, set over two levels in the seaside village of Saundersfoot, is ideal for friends and families seeking a relaxing seaside get-together in West Wales. The property, which sleeps eight, is less than 1 mile from Saundersfoot’s picturesque harbour and sandy beach: explore the eateries around the harbour, spend long, lazy days on the beach and bring your buckets, spades and water sports gear. At low tide, walk along the beach to Wiseman’s Bridge and onto Amroth, which marks the start of the Pembrokeshire Coast Path. The beamed ceilings, wooden floors, traditional furniture, and whitewashed walls bring a distinct personality to this welcoming property. The beautiful cottage blends comfort and charm for an unforgettable stay. Enter via the rear of the cottage into the contemporary galley kitchen/diner. The kitchen has every appliance you need to whip up delicious feasts for families or friends, which you can linger over at the table located under a bright window. After dinner, retire to one of two inviting lounges, relax on the sofas, catch up, or watch TV. For chilly nights, a wood burner makes this a lovely year-round home. Rounding off the ground floor is a cosy double bedroom. Upstairs you’ll find a stylish family bathroom, and three tastefully decorated bedrooms set in the eaves: a double, a twin and a bunk bedroom ideal for children. Head outside to unwind in the enclosed garden predominantly laid to lawn, which provides ample space for outdoor games. You’ll also find outdoor seating areas for al fresco dining, relaxing in the sunshine or reading. The property has private parking for two cars. There are plenty of local family attractions for all ages, such as Manor Wildlife Park and Colby Woodland Garden (within 5 miles). Visit the beautiful stretch of coastline and golden beaches at the colourful coastal resort of Tenby (3 miles) or the bustling market town of Narberth (7.5 miles). Alternatively, discover more about the local history at Carew Castle (8 miles).
