This charming cottage on a quiet lane in the beautiful Cornish countryside at Northcott is ideal for friends and families looking for a peaceful retreat to spend time together. The location has direct access to scenic walks along the Tamara Coast to Coast Way through the beautiful Tamar Valley. The historic market town of Launceston is 8 miles away and known as the ‘gateway to Cornwall’. History buffs can enjoy exploring Launceston Castle, a great picnic spot with breathtaking views of the surrounding countryside. Step into this characterful cottage, and you will immediately appreciate the beautiful blend of original and contemporary features, including exposed walls and wooden beams. This lovely two-storey country-style property offers a homely ambience and marvellous uninterrupted views across to Dartmoor. Downstairs, enter directly into the heart of the home and step into the kitchen/diner. The kitchen boasts all the necessary appliances to cook up a storm. Eat together in the lovely dining area and plan your next day of adventure. When you want to relax, sink into the plentiful and comfortable seating in the lounge, which has a warming wood burner for chillier evenings. Enjoy a movie night courtesy of the Smart TV.
