Savour a stay at this exquisite, stone cottage, positioned between the sea and Eryri, also known as Snowdonia National Park. With incredible views out over Bae Ceredigion, or Cardigan Bay, this gorgeous, three-storey cottage at Llanaber sleeps four guests and also welcomes dogs. With a tiered, courtyard garden and a wood burner, the two-bedroom cottage, which is 1.5 miles from Barmouth, has everything you could possibly want from a holiday haven. Step straight in to find yourselves in an enchanting lounge/kitchen/diner, with exquisite, exposed and whitewashed stone walls. Light the fire in the wood burner to create a cosy ambience, then make a cup of tea to enjoy with a freshly baked Welsh cake from a local bakery. Stream your favourite show on the Smart TV or simply gaze out at the incredible views. Your lovely bedrooms are both on the floors above you. The king-size, where you will awake to glorious sea views, is on the first floor, along with a magical family bathroom where you can enjoy a shower or lie bath and soak in the beautiful, free-standing bath. A lovely family room, with a double bed and two singles, is on the floor above. Please note this room is accessed by a narrow, cottage-style staircase. Take in the views and the salty sea air from the courtyard garden, Light the BBQ and gaze out to sea from the upper patio. There is private, off-road parking here for one car. Stroll just 150 metres down to the beach, with its sweeping, coastal outlook. Pick up the Wales Coast Path and follow it for a stint, keeping your eyes open for dolphins and porpoises as you go. Head into Barmouth to mooch around the shops, stock up on fresh produce and take a journey along the Fairbourne’s steam railway.
