You’ll be just 1 mile from the lively village of Betws Y Coed, offering an array of craft shops, galleries and welcoming pubs. Locally it’s basically “pick your activity”, with walking, climbing, canoeing and fishing all available.


After entering the impressive wrought-iron gates, you’ll find a dreamy detached house set within a generously sized lawn peppered with mature trees. Step inside to a beautifully furnished home with a warm and inviting atmosphere. On the ground floor, you’ll have a spacious lounge with a Sky TV, a cosy snug area at one end, and large picture windows showing off those breathtaking views. The lower ground has a formal dining room where you can enjoy leisurely meals or enjoy plenty of board games as a group, a bright conservatory and a delightful country-style kitchen with French doors leading out to the garden. When it comes to bedrooms, you’ll have a double with an en-suite bathroom on the ground floor and, on the first floor, a second double with its own shower room. The surrounding landscape is an absolute dream for nature lovers, with scenic trails following the River Conwy and its tributaries, all against a jaw-dropping backdrop of Snowdonia’s mountains and woodlands. Swallow Falls Waterfall (3 miles), set amongst a background of beech, conifer and birch trees, is a lovely site to explore, while Zip World Betws-y-Coed (2 miles) should be a hit with youngsters.
