Only 4 miles from the market town of Keswick, this is the perfect base to get out and explore the Northern Lakes and fells. The pretty village of Threlkeld is just over a mile away, it has a couple of great country pubs, a golf course and a cricket club. Discover some fabulous walks from your front door, this area is a haven for watching wildlife, walking and cycling. Helvellyn, Skiddaw and Catbells are all on your doorstep and there are lots of outdoor activities in the local area, including sailing, climbing and horse riding or 4x4 off-roading. For adrenaline junkies why not try Go Ape or visit the local Alpaca centre where you can walk an Alpaca.


This pretty, well-equipped shepherd hut is open-plan with a raised double bed, wall-mounted TV and a dining area looking out through the French doors over the Fells. The cute bijou kitchen area is perfectly equipped to rustle up a nice breakfast or romantic dinner with an combi-microwave and fridge. There is a shower room with WC off the main living space.


Head outside you will find a private seating area to the front of the property overlooking the Fells and a private hot tub which is delightful after a day out exploring! There is private parking for one car.
