Prepare for a restorative Cornish break at this homely cottage, located in a sleepy rural hamlet just 1.5 miles from the sea and wonderful South West Coast Path. In Goldsithney village (0.5 miles), you’ll find a local shop and welcoming pub. The house benefits from a lovely conservatory kitted out with games, where the family can relax together either reading or playing. The good-sized garden is wonderful for children and dogs to let off steam. On arrival, put the kettle on and rest from your journey in the bright and welcoming open-plan living area which overlooks the garden. A spacious kitchen allows the designated cooks to prep meals comfortably, while the dining area sets you up for leisurely holiday meals and drinks. Kick back in the lounge on comfortable sofas, perhaps selecting a film to watch on the Smart TV. The games room/conservatory features table football, boardgames and a telescope for stargazing after dark. At night, recharge in the three wonderful bedrooms, a king-size room with an en-suite shower room, a double room, and a flexible twin, served by a well-appointed family bathroom. Outside, relax on the decking and enjoy the garden, featuring furniture, a charcoal BBQ, and a fire pit. Head to Perranuthnoe (1.5 miles) for the sandy beach and coast path, perhaps popping in for a coffee at a local cafe before setting off for your walk. The popular town of Marazion (2.5 miles) is best known for the National Trust's St Michael’s Mount, a must-see attraction during your stay. Marazion also has a charming old town and plenty of independent shops to discover. For a memorable day trip, Mullion and the beautiful Poldhu Cove (14 miles) are within easy reach, while the picturesque fishing village of Porthleven (7 miles) offers a variety of eateries.
