Sleeping seven guests, and welcoming pups with open paws, the four-bedroom holiday home nestles at Morriscastle, just over 1 mile from Kilmuckridge and the same distance from the beach. It comes with an enclosed, lawned garden for summer days and a wood burner for cosy evenings in together during the winter months.
Tear yourselves away from the views long enough to enter the delightful, white-washed cottage. Wander through to the lounge to settle on the comfortable, leather seating in front of your favourite programme on TV. Lay a fire in the wood burner in here on chilly days so you can warm yourselves after winter walks. Whip up hearty feasts for your party through in the kitchen, which has wooden cabinets and everything else you need to help you store and prepare food during your stay. Gather round the large table in the dining room for jolly holiday meals together. When you are ready to turn in for the night, head off to one of the inviting bedrooms, one of which is downstairs in the sub-ground floor level. There is also a family bathroom downstairs on this floor. In total, there are four bedrooms, which between them offer two double beds and three singles, at this cottage. There are three bath or shower rooms, one of which is an en-suite. Spill out into the large garden to play games with the children and pets in the fresh air during the warmer months.
While away sunny days on the sandy beach at Morriscastle. Swim in the sea, picnic in the dunes or walk 4 miles along the beach to Cahore Point. Follow the walking trail from Morriscastle into Kilmuckridge, where you can amble round the shops and dine out.
