This attractive bungalow in the pretty Georgian market town of Holt is ideal for families, couples, and friends looking for a relaxing base to explore the nearby Norfolk coast. There are plenty of social spaces inside and outside to relax together, and dogs are also welcome. Holt boasts pretty lanes, many antique shops and boutiques, and a good selection of eateries. Holt Country Park (0.5 miles) has over 100 acres of beautiful woodland to explore. This welcoming bungalow has a real home-from-home feel. The bright kitchen has all you need to whip up some family favourites, while the lounge offers a plush sofa and armchairs, a joy to sink into at the end of a busy day of adventure. Enjoy chatting, watching the Smart TV or eating at the dining table. When it is time to retire, a stylishly decorated king-size or twin bedroom awaits. The family bathroom has a whirlpool bath and a shower over the bath. The conservatory at the rear of the property, accessed via the second bedroom, is a delightful place to unwind in the warmer months. Outside is an enclosed garden with raised decking and a lawn below, perfect for a drink on warm summer evenings. On the outskirts of Holt is Holt Railway Station (2 miles). The coastal villages of Blakeney and Cley are just 5 miles away, and the sandy beach at Sheringham is just 6 miles away. Cley is home to the Norfolk Wildlife Trust Visitor Centre and Cley Marshes Centre, where you can sit in the cafe and enjoy panoramic views across the marshes or birdwatch from one of the hides.
