A stylish and unique seafront cottage boasting stunning views is the perfect Cornish retreat for a family of four. Situated in the scenic fishing village of Porthleven, you will be well situated to explore everything this delightful part of the county has to offer. Enter into the bright and airy lounge which has a wall-mounted TV and seating where you can curl up and get stuck into your favourite shows after a busy day exploring. The window here provides fantastic panoramic views out across the seafront, open it up to hear the waves crashing against the shore. Climb the short staircase and find a lovely dining area with further extensive views, and an adjacent WC. The practical kitchen has everything you need to cook up a storm, and a separate snug area is perfect for getting stuck into a good book. Upstairs via the living room, you will find two bedrooms, one with a double bed, and the other a bunk bed, both of which have en-suite shower rooms and superb views. Outside, you will have access to a utility room with laundry facilities. Though this property has no outdoor space, you can access the beach in a few short steps, just across the road in front of the cottage. Right outside the property is the South West Coast Path, a long-distance walking route that cusps the coastline and passes some incredible views. Porthleven itself has a variety of restaurants, independent shops, and a scenic harbour and pier (400 metres). Further afield, you can visit the iconic St Michael’s Mount (8 miles) and the bustling town of Penzance (12 miles).
