This spacious two-bedroom lodge is located on the edge of the Yorkshire Dales. Surrounded by woodlands this is a fantastic retreat for a couple or small family plus two dogs wanting relaxation and countryside walks straight from the door. Four steps lead up to the front door of this stylish lodge and into the spacious open-plan living area. Brilliant white walls, cedar cladding, and creamy furnishings create a welcoming atmosphere while large glass windows and doors flood the space with natural, uplifting light. After a day’s activity, the lounge with its plump sofas is the perfect spot to unwind. On chilly nights cosy up in front of the electric fire with a film on the TV, or if the weather’s good open the patio doors and let the countryside air breeze in. When mealtime beckons, you’ll find plenty of appliances in the kitchen to create a delicious family dinner and a lovely dining table with seating for four people. Off from the living area, there are two bedrooms featuring a double bed and twin beds. Both bedrooms are uncluttered and peaceful with the twin room boasting an en-suite bathroom. In the morning, step outside and enjoy breakfast on the lodge’s decked terrace. While you sit and absorb the peaceful surroundings, let the children play on the extensive lawn that is shared with other holiday lodges. Surrounded by woodland and with the Yorkshire Dales National Park just 5 miles away, keen walkers and cyclists can spend the day exploring the beautiful landscape. For local amenities head to Masham, a friendly market town featuring a cobbled square, excellent restaurants, and plenty of local shops and stores. Children will also love a day out in Ripon where they can enjoy rides and attractions at the huge adventure park (8.5 miles).
