Part of a complex of other holiday cottages, it is set within 34 acres of unspoiled countryside, including two fully fenced and secure fields for letting the dogs off, and there are fantastic woodland walks right from the doorstep. Nearby, Polperro and Looe (both 4 miles) are picturesque fishing villages, each with its own harbour and beach; sit and admire the boats coming in and out, then sample the daily catch in one of the excellent restaurants. There are plenty of opportunities to indulge in water-based activities with some good diving and snorkelling sites along the local coast, as well as excellent coves to explore whilst paddleboarding. Further afield, Adrenaline Quarry is 9 miles away, and the Eden Project (16 miles) hosts numerous events throughout the year.


Stepping inside, this superb barn conversion is brimming with the wow factor. Its open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner on the first floor offers plenty of natural light, with a cosy area to sit and enjoy a glass of something chilled, or snuggle up and watch a movie on the Smart TV. The fully equipped kitchen offers everything you need to prepare a delicious meal or whip up some breakfast in bed. Head downstairs, and on the ground floor is a fabulous bedroom, stylishly designed and offering quality linens and furnishings to match. The large en-suite bathroom with separate walk-in shower and whirlpool bath is the perfect place to melt away those aches and pains after a day exploring this wonderful part of Cornwall.


Outside, there is a small walled garden area with a patio and BBQ, plus a table and chairs for two, a cosy spot to enjoy a romantic meal together. Guests can also make the most of the shared on-site facilities, including a gym, hot tub, and children’s play area. Parking for two cars is available in the shared on-site car park.
