There is a traditional country pub with family-friendly atmosphere. It is a dog-friendly pub that serves home-cooked food, real ales and has a private garden (2.5 miles). The popular seaside town of Southwold and the Suffolk Heritage Coast are 15 miles away, as are the Minsmere Nature Reserve's woods, marshes, nature trails, and tearoom.
