The main beach in Abersoch, with its sandy shores and wonderful views, is within walking distance (less than 1 mile) and offers plenty of opportunities for water sports, whilst the popular surfing beach of Porth Neigwl, also known as Hell’s Mouth, is just under 2 miles away. For those who love to walk, there are plenty of routes straight from the door, there is a dog-friendly field just next door to the property and for those who enjoy golf, the golf club is just a mile away.


From the private driveway, head up two small steps to the front door of this lovely reverse-level property. On the ground floor, you’ll find four of the five bedrooms, one king, one double, a twin and a room with three singles. All of the rooms are beautifully decorated and finished, making them inviting and relaxing spaces in which to sleep. The master king-size room and triple have views of the garden to the front with the triple having its own Smart TV so some guests can enjoy a lazy lie-in. The kitchen is also a great space and is well equipped with a breakfast bar, separate dining table and chairs as well as a couple of extra sofas for relaxing. The kitchen boasts wonderful views and on a clear day you can see the Snowdonia mountain range!
