Head inside to find ample space for everyone to spread out. Gather on the sofas in the lounge and open the doors in the glass gable end as you gaze out at the greenery or watch the Smart TV. Amble through to the lounge/kitchen/diner to settle on the soft seating with a cup of fresh coffee, prepare feasts for your group or gather round the table to dine and raise a glass together. The six inviting bedrooms include a super-king-size zip and link (which can be made into a twin on request) a twin, a small twin, a single and a king-size room, with en-suite shower room. The barn has two family bathrooms and a family wet room as well. Head off to the games barn to find another Smart TV and to challenge each other to pool and table football. There is also a washing machine/tumble dryer out here. Play games with the children out in the lawned garden and fire up the BBQ outside on beautiful summer days. There is parking for three cars here.


While away sunny afternoons on the beach at Rock, 4 miles away, where there are opportunities for windsurfing and paddle boarding. Keen surfers might also like to spend time on the sand at Polzeath, the same distance away. Venture 13.5 miles to dine out in one of Padstow’s famous seafood restaurants.
