Hiding amongst the grassy hills of Connemara, this single-storey, traditional cottage is an ideal choice for a small family plus one canine companion seeking a nature getaway by the coast. The wooden ceilings, sociable open-plan living space and garden offer a tranquil base while exploring the surrounding beaches, coastal trails and quaint towns.
Inside, the open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner, with neutral tones and bold printed furnishings, is cosy and well-organised. The ‘L’-shaped kitchen has wooden cabinets and dark surface tops which surround the wooden dining table with seating for four. On the opposite side of the room, you’ll find a sofa and two armchairs beside a wood burner-effect electric fire. All three bedrooms are comfortable and bright – consisting of a double and two singles. Completing the interior of the property is a family shower room. Outside, you will find a garden with a lawned area and a patio with furniture.
Unwind in the wild countryside of County Galway during your stay in Moyrus. Take Fido for a stroll around lakes which are scattered through the countryside and within 1.5 miles.
