The village of Caherdaniel (1 mile) boasts a welcoming pub, a local shop, and choice of restaurants. Head 2.5 miles around the Ring of Kerry to the beautiful Derrynane Beach, where you can explore the seashore nature trail, enjoy a range of water sports, or build sandcastles. There is a championship golf course at Waterville (9 miles) - a seafront village known for its excellent eateries, water sports opportunities, and walks or rides along the beach. Discover the area’s history at Lother Stone Fort (9 miles), or drive along the scenic landscapes of the Wild Atlantic Way to Ballinskelligs Castle (19 miles).
