About This Property
Oc 26062 Little Broad is a 2 bedroom dog friendly property
On the southern edge of The Broads National Park, this lovely bungalow is perfect for couples, families or friends looking for a tranquil holiday in a rural retreat. This beautiful property is off the beaten track and is ideal for a holiday all year round. Rollesby is a small village at the southern end of The Broads, and Rollesby Broad is a great place for a walk where you can hire a boat, canoe, or kayak - take a picnic and leave the rest of the world behind.
This delightful property has soft, muted colours that fit well with the cottage style and, along with the elegant furnishing and decor, will help you unwind from the moment you step through the door. The open-plan living/dining room has plenty of natural light and a corner sofa from which you can watch the Smart TV. The cute dining area in front of a dresser leads to a contemporary kitchen with all you need to make meal preparation a breeze. When it is time to retire, there is a king-size bedroom with an en-suite bathroom and a super-king-size bedroom with an en-suite shower room to choose from. Outside you’ll find an enclosed courtyard space with garden furniture, a lovely suntrap, and a further shared lawned area to the front.
The east coast beaches offer long stretches of sandy beach that are often not over-populated, even in the summer. Visit Winterton-on-Sea (6.5 miles) or Horsey Gap (7.5 miles), where you can spot the local seal colony and a little further up the coast, the village of Happisburgh (15 miles), with its striking red and white striped lighthouse. This part of the county is flat and perfect for walking and cycling; the North Norfolk Cycle Route 8 runs from Great Yarmouth (9 miles) to Cromer. Trigby Hall Wildlife Garden (4 miles) and Caister Castle (4.5 miles) also make a lovely day out.
