Set in a far corner of the delightful Polsue Gardens, this delightful property is perfect for couples, families or friends looking for a peaceful holiday surrounded by farmland and pretty countryside. There is a beautiful riverside walk accessed less than 500 metres away that follows the Tresillian River to the charming village of St Clement and then to Malpas (3 miles), where you can stop for lunch. A short drive brings you to the Cathedral City of Truro (2.5 miles). A spacious house set all on one level with elegant furnishings that create a homely space to enjoy spending quality time together. The rooms are filled with natural light, and the main living area has high ceilings and beautiful rural views from all the windows. There is a single low step to access the property, from which you enter the splendid kitchen/lounge/dining area, the heart of the home. Relax on the comfortable sofas and armchairs and catch up with your favourite movies on the Smart TV. The contemporary kitchen has a breakfast bar, and the cook will find meal preparation a breeze. French doors lead to the garden. There are two bedrooms - a king-size room with an en-suite bathroom and a twin with an en-suite shower room. The property location provides easy access to the best of this part of Cornwall. Chapel Porth (13.5 miles) at St Agnes is the nearest beach, from where you can walk the coast path to the dramatic ruins of Wheal Coates Tin Mine and marvel at the splendid views across the bay. Water sports enthusiasts will love Porthtowan Beach (13 miles), one of Cornwall`s famous surfing beaches. Alternatively, head to National Trust Trelissick Gardens (8 miles) to explore the house and gardens.
