The property is on the edge of Dilham, a quiet village where you’ll find a pub, shop and plenty of hiking trails, including the Weaver’s Way, which runs from Cromer (13 miles) to Great Yarmouth (20 miles). The Walsham and Dilham Canal runs close by, which you can explore via canoe, kayak and paddleboard. Plus, there are 125 miles of waterways running through the area, a fantastic place beloved by families, walkers, nature lovers and birdwatchers – Hickling Broad is a year-round haven for wildlife (11.5 miles).
