With easy accessibility to the A30, you re perfectly placed to explore plenty of the county s best loved towns and attractions including Truro, Cornwall s only city, which is only a few miles away from the cottage. Venture to the surfing capital of Newquay for the multitude of sandy beaches, or to the idyllic seaside town of St Ives in the west. Alternatively, St Austell is a little further afield, home to the renowned Eden Project and St Austell Brewery as well as lots of amenities. A reverse level layout means that you enter this property on the ground floor and straight into the bedroom area. The property has one bedroom, which has a king size zip and link bed with memory foam mattress, (which can be made up as a twin on request), en suite bathroom with shower over bath and WC. Upstairs, the living space is light and airy, with the lounge/kitchen/diner in an open plan layout. The lounge has a comfortable sofa and armchair, TV, DVD, wood burner and French doors leading out onto the decked area with a small table and chairs, the kitchen has an electric double oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer and dishwasher. Outside the property benefits from a decked area with a table and chairs to enjoy the wonderful countryside views, and a private patio area, where there is garden furniture and a BBQ. There is also a large grassed area. There is a washing machine located in the pump house below the decking as well as a line for drying clothes.

Complex of properties. 3 dogs welcome (further by arrangement) owners' politely request that all dogs are treated against fleas prior to arrival. Dogs not to be allowed in bedrooms/ on furniture also, do not leave in the property unattended. Beach 5 miles, shop, Post Office, tea rooms and pub all within walking distance. Ample off road parking .
