With a great pub and a well-stocked shop/cafe and a fine dining restaurant nearby, the cottage is just half a mile from a pebble beach and cliff-top walks. This traditional coastal village lies just below Kelling Heath, offering a network of paths and glorious views. Weybourne is also a stop on the North Norfolk Railway so you can go by steam train to the Georgian market town of Holt or the Victorian seaside resort of Sheringham (both within 4 miles). Local attractions include Muckleburgh Military Collection (0.5 miles), Baconsthorpe Castle (5.5 miles) and Felbrigg Hall (8 miles).
Entering this cosy and welcoming cottage for two, you will find a spacious, light and airy open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner with super comfy, electric recliner sofa, with USB charging sockets which makes a fantastic living space for couples to settle back and relax in at the end of a great day discovering this breathtaking area. With an arched window, wooden ceiling beams, a wireless speaker and a Smart TV the charming lounge is an ideal spot to snuggle up to watch a movie. There’s a handy dining area with a fold-down dining table to the side, and the stylish kitchen has a range of equipment so you can rustle up a meal or a hearty breakfast. Going upstairs, the delightful bedroom has been tastefully decorated and features a king-size zip & link bed, and original exposed timbers in the low sloping ceiling. There’s also a lovely bathroom, perfect for enjoying a soothing soak. This room also has a low ceiling.
Stepping outside, there’s a gated and paved courtyard to the front of the cottage. French doors lead from the kitchen out to the back of the cottage where there’s a shingle courtyard with outdoor furniture, providing a relaxing space for a morning coffee as you get ready to explore this gorgeous part of Norfolk. Parking for one small/medium car.
