The stairs leading to the first floor sit against a fabulous exposed stone wall, and a lovely window that floods the area with light. Outside is a lovely courtyard garden with seating and far-reaching views of the surrounding dales. The picturesque village of Burtersett is a great access point for a wide range of walks. Climb Wether Fell or admire the cascading Aysgill Force easily on foot from here. The market town of Hawes is just 1.5 miles away where you can find several independent shops and lovely eateries. It is also home to the Dales Countryside Museum and Gayle Mill, both interesting spots to learn about the history of the area.
