Westcott House is located brilliantly, close to St Ives Arts Club and overlooking Westcotts Quay. The property benefits from a pretty enclosed patio area at the rear. Set over two floors, this upside down house makes the most of the stunning sea views overlooking Westcotts Quay. The open plan loft style lounge/ diner is spaciously light and airy. Boasting location just a stone’s throw away from the harbour and town centre offering many independent eateries, bars, shops, ancient pubs and St. Ives Tate Gallery. Nearby is Porthminster beach, a stunning stretch of sand popular with swimmers and surfers alike. Westcott House is well equipped and attractively furnished, the perfect home to explore this unspoilt area of Cornwall. GROUND FLOOR: Hallway: Cupboard housing washing machine and drier. Bedroom 1: King size 5’ bed, bedside cabinet, chest of drawers and views across the harbour to The Island. Bedroom 2: Twin beds (3’), bedside cabinets, chest of drawers, TV and DVD and views across the harbour to The Island. Shower Room 1: Walk-in shower, wash basin and w.c. Shower Room 2: Walk-in shower, wash basin and w.c. Kitchen: Gas hob, electric oven, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and microwave. FIRST FLOOR: Lounge/Diner: Open plan loft room with views across the harbour, smart TV, Apple TV, DVD player, music player with iPod and Bluetooth connection. There is a slight slope with 6 spaced out steps leading to the the property, which is buggy friendly, and an additional 3 steps going into the property GARDEN and PARKING: Patio area with table, seating and, around the corner, an outside tap with shower attachment and large toy box. No allocated parking.
