This great apartment enjoys views of the estuary, marina, steam trains,sea and Whitby. Sometimes you can catch a glimpse of the Heron fishing, seals and at the right time of the year salmon leaping. This apartment sleeps four with a super king-sized bed in the main bedroom. Ideal for family break and or romantic getaway A short walk along the marina takes you into the vibrant bustling Whitby Great shops eateries and sandy beaches, gothic ruins of Whitby Abbey and the Dracula Experience Museum. The steam railway line, visible from the apartment, runs to Pickering (20 miles) in the North York Moors National Park, where there is a number of hiking and cycling routes amid the spectacular scenery. Enter the property through the ground-floor shared entrance, take the stairs or lift to the second floor and walk along the covered walkway right to the apartment door. Inside, there’s a spacious hallway with doors leading to all rooms. The main living space is a light and bright open-plan room, comprising a lounge, dining area and kitchen. An electric, leather, reclining sofa and snuggle chair offer a comfortable area to relax and watch TV or gaze over the estuary and railway line. The fully fitted kitchen is well equipped for preparing food while watching the boats in the estuary, to be enjoyed at the family dining table. Down the hall, there are two bedrooms, one with a super-king-size bed and estuary views, and a twin room, along with a family bathroom. Outside, the property includes a secure mooring spot on the estuary with an electric hook-up, located less than 100 metres from the front door. There’s also a designated parking space.
