This stunning house is in a spectacular position on the coast above Porthleven with amazing views and just over 150 metres from the beach, perfectly placed for enjoying the coast. It makes an ideal base for a family, with two king-size bedrooms, a twin bedroom, and a large balcony and patio. Built in 2019, the stylish house has high end fixtures and finishes, gorgeous contemporary furniture and artwork, and environmentally sustainable ground source heating. The upside-down layout capitalises on the incredible views; the bright, spacious lounge/kitchen/diner is on the ground floor. Curl up on the comfy sofas to enjoy the views and watch the Smart TV, cook delicious meals in the stunning kitchen, and enjoy them together in the laidback dining area, with comfy bench seating. Full-height patio doors lead out to the decking, to create a large inside/outside space with the balcony. There’s also a cloakroom with a WC on the ground floor. Downstairs on the lower ground floor (which has underfloor heating), is the utility room, a beautiful bathroom, and the three bedrooms, two kings, both have access to the garden, one has a stunning en-suite with a walk-in shower, and the large twin room. Laze in the sun on the balcony, with unimpeded ocean views, or take your coffee out to the patio. Pop across the road to the pub and try out the wonderful seafood restaurants in town. Head to Loe Bar Road and pick up the South West Coast Path walk along the headland with incredible views across Mount’s Bay. Wander around the pier and harbour and explore the beaches on the Lizard peninsula. Visit Marazion (8.5 miles), home of St Michael’s Mount, explore modern art at Tate St Ives (17 miles), and the sub-tropical paradise of Trebah gardens (13.5 miles).
