Located in the centre of the village, all the shops, restaurants and beach are close by and the property has lovely views across The Square and down Fore Street. Beer Lace Shop offers a high standard of accommodation appealing to large families and couples alike. Location: In the heart of Beer village, close to shops, pubs etc and a level three minute walk to the beach. Accommodation: Entrance hall. Kitchen recently extended and refurbished to a high standard providing a bright and spacious room with extensive work surfaces, gas hob and double oven, washing machine, dishwasher, large combined fridge/freezer and microwave. Serving hatch to open plan lounge/dining room. Three piece suite, window seats, dining table and chairs. Inglenook fireplace with woodburner for real fires. TV/Video. Stairs to first floor: Bedroom 1 with a double bed and window seat. Bedroom 2 has twin single beds and window seat. Newly renovated bathroom with bath, overhead shower and screen, WC and wash basin. Additional WC. Stairs to second floor: Newly fitted second bathroom with bath, overhead power shower, WC and wash basin. Bedroom 3 has a double bed and Bedroom 4 has twin single beds. All bedrooms have a wash basin. Outside: Newly landscaped large rear garden with extensive paved patio area and lawn. Garden furniture. Restrictions: Parking outside for loading and unloading only. A Parking Permit is available for use in Beer Central Car Park and Cliff Top Car Park. Facilities: All fuel is included in the rental. Gas central heating. Real fire facility. WiFi.
