Settle on the sumptuous seating to watch the Smart TV or chat to your friends and family as you listen to music. Head over to the sleek kitchen whenever you fancy a cup of fresh coffee or are ready to start preparing dinner on those occasions you choose to dine in. Gather round the table inside or carry the plates outside if the weather permits. Also downstairs are a handy utility room and a garage/games room, with table tennis table. One of your bedrooms, a king-size, is also at this level, together with a family shower room.
