Tucked away in the bustling centre of this historic town, this two-bedroom home, which was originally part of an old prep school, is ideal for a restful getaway for up to four guests. You will be just a 100-metre walk away from all the shops, cafes and restaurants Southwold has to offer, as well as being only a short walk away from the town’s iconic and award winning sandy beach with its traditional coloured beach huts. The light and fresh interiors offer the perfect place to relax. In the lounge, you’ll find a striking map of Southwold adorns one of the walls, so you can really get your bearings during your stay! Plenty of comfortable seating ensures you can recharge in front of the Smart TV after a fun day exploring the town and surrounding area. The open-plan kitchen/dining area is a large sociable space with wooden flooring and a chic, neutral colour scheme. There is also a handy downstairs WC. Upstairs, two inviting bedrooms await. The king-size room is a spacious haven with wooden flooring, a small sofa, and a feature fireplace, as well as its own en-suite shower room. There is also easy access to the common, and a nearby footpath takes you down to the harbour. If you’re feeling adventurous, you can take the ferry or row a boat from Southwold Harbour to the quaint coastal village of Walberswick and its charming, cobbled streets, just 1 mile away.
