This immaculate property is located in the bustling fishing town of Seahouses with its harbour, miles of sandy beach and a choice of independent places to eat, drink and shop. All of which are less than 1 mile from the cottage. Bamburgh, with its spectacular castle, is 3 miles away, while the Farne Islands, home to a great many varieties of seabirds and seals is accessible via boat from Seahouses Harbour. A little further afield, Alnwick, with its castle where Harry Potter famously attended Hogwarts, is 15 miles away. Walking and cycling routes, including the Sustrans Coast and Castle Route, are accessible from Seahouses. Guests at the property can enjoy membership throughout their stay at the nearby Ocean Club where amenities include a 20-metre indoor pool and leisure suite. The ground floor of this charming property includes an open-plan kitchen and diner, well equipped with everything needed for a comfortable self-catering break with plenty of space for communal dining and patio doors out to the garden.
