Beautifully styled in a restful, coastal scheme with pops of colour, the lounge is a wonderful space for gathering after a day of adventures. Ensconce yourself on one of the sumptuous sofas, pop on the Smart TV and light the wood burner. For social mealtimes, you’ll find a modern farmhouse table in the spacious kitchen and all the mod-cons required to comfortably cater for your stay. On the ground floor, there is also a handy utility room and WC. Upstairs, you’ll find three well-appointed bedrooms: a super-king size bedroom and shower room, a king-size bedroom and finally, a twin room that can also be arranged as a super-king upon request. On the first floor, you’ll also find the family bathroom. Outside, the garage has been converted into a games room; a fantastic space for the entire family to enjoy with table tennis, a dart board and a keyboard. The enclosed wraparound garden with its flat lawn is a great place for children to enjoy and there’s plenty of garden furniture for dining al fresco.


St Merryn is an idyllic location for a holiday in Cornwall with the village offering plenty of welcoming pubs and restaurants. Just 3 miles away lies the charming fishing village of Padstow, known for its bustling harbour and excellent seafood. Take a stroll along the waterfront, visit the local shops, and perhaps indulge in a delicious meal at one of the renowned restaurants. At nearby Harlyn Bay (1.6 miles), you’ll find a sheltered sandy beach that is great for families and water sports enthusiasts alike. You can enjoy swimming, surfing, or simply relaxing on the beach and soaking up the sun.
