Located in the popular Downalong area of the town and with lots of character Killaganoon is a great base for a family holiday being just a short walk away from the lovely golden sands of Porthgwidden and Porthmeor and the harbour, shops and restaurants. The cottage, which has a flat above, also benefits from a small seating area to the front so that you can sit and watch the world go by.


The open plan lounge/kitchen/diner has a TV, DVD player, double sofa bed (for alternative sleeping arrangements) and an electric coal effect fire which is perfect for additional heating on those chilly winter evenings. The kitchen is equipped with induction hob, electric oven, microwave, fridge, table top freezer, slimline dishwasher and washing machine. Off the lounge is the bathroom with a small bath which has an electric shower over, wc, wash hand basin and heated towel rail. Stairs from the lounge take you to the two bedrooms one with a 4ft 6in bed and the other with 2 x 3ft singles.


Pets Welcome: Up to 2 dogs welcome, £25 per pet per week.

Power and Heat: Electricity included in the rent. Night storage heating throughout.

Bedding and Linen: Linen and towels provided, please bring your own beach towels.
