Situated in a pedestrian lane off the Wharf, the property is within a few yards of the Harbour and shops and within easy walking distance of all beaches and amenities. 7 steps into Lounge/Dining area overlooking car park with Smart TV with built in DVD player, CD player, Hi-Fi with iPod docking station and electric coal effect fire. Kitchen with electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge freezer and washer drier. Open tread stairs (may not be suitable for very young children) to Bedroom with 4ft 6ins bed.
