Situated below Sunnyside this comfortable, modern ground floor apartment is the perfect base to enjoy all that St Ives has to offer from the great restaurants to the beautiful beaches. From the three steps to the front door you enter the kitchen/lounge/diner which has an electric oven, gas hob, fridge, microwave and TV. Off the lounge is the bedroom with one adult double and childrens bunk beds, TV and DVD player. The shower room has a basin, wc, shower cubicle and utility area with washing machine.
