An outstanding spot from which to stay in and discover what North Cornwall has to offer, this property is surrounded by attractions, beaches and towns. Close to the cottage there are plenty of country pubs to enjoy a hot evening meal and some real ale, and there is a shop within a mile of the barn. Newquay is just a short drive, where you can enjoy an abundance of shops, pubs and clubs, as well as beaches. The beautiful Watergate Bay is less than five miles away, or travel up a short way to Padstow, where you can relax and enjoy some gourmet dining, or visit the sandy stretches named as the Seven Bays for Seven Days . With the whole property set across a single storey, the stunning open plan lounge/kitchen/diner instantly makes you feel at home upon entering the barn. It s exposed stone walls, oak and slate flooring, and gorgeous wood burner make it cosy and inviting. The lounge has two comfy sofas to relax on while you enjoy a programme on the Smart Tv, Netflix included or make use of the Sonos sound system. There is a dining table to seat four when you have meals in, whilst the beautiful kitchen is comprised of an electric oven and gas hob, microwave, fridge with ice compartment, dishwasher, washing machine and Nespresso coffee machine. Through to the bedrooms, the first room has a king size bed and an en suite wet room with power shower. There is a further king size bed in the second bedroom.. Both rooms have a Smart TV, Netflix included. The bathroom has a shower over bath and WC. Outside the property benefits from an enclosed garden with private hot tub, (2023 available March 31st 6th October) seating and sun loungers. The property also has use of a large shared woodland/orchard where there are two idyllic ponds, ample seating a picnic area. There is ample parking available adjacent to the property.
