Watch the waves roll in and out over a bottle of something fizzy, and take time to catch up with your dearest friends. Thrill-seekers will want to try out the whizzing Sky-Force ride at Flambards Theme Park (3.5 miles), while explorers will enjoy the rolling parklands of the National Trust site Penrose (1 mile).
