The coastal path is just a short walk from the apartment; a two mile hike will bring you to the popular, and dog friendly, Smuggler's Inn. A short walk from the apartment is a dog walking beach, the RSPB area at Lodmoor, as well as a mini supermarket, pub and restaurants, including the 'Look Out' breakfast cafe, with spectacular views across the bay. The Bowleaze beach complex is within walking distance, and has children's amusements, and a weekly market. The watersports centre offers kayaking and coasteering, and there is a bike hire shop. Opposite the apartment, the Riviera hotel has an indoor pool which guests can use for a daily fee.

From the hallway, there is a separate kitchen with small seating area, and a light, spacious and south facing living/dining room, with comfortable seating and a dining area perfect for entertaining.
