Double French doors open onto a pretty balcony, perfect for just watching the world go by. The spacious kitchen also has French doors onto a larger second balcony, ideal for BBQs or leisurely breakfasts alfresco. There are three bedrooms in total. On the first floor is an attractively presented triple-aspect room with a super-king-size bed which can be converted to a twin on request, and a spacious twin room with sea views, and a separate shower/utility room. On the second floor, an attractive double room with an iron bedstead and a generous-sized bathroom with a roll-top bath and built-in power shower cubicle complete the accommodation.

This wonderful Exmoor village, known as Little Switzerland, offers a great choice of restaurants and tea rooms, shops and galleries. Spectacular coastal walks are close by with the Two Moors Way actually passing by the door, so whether you are looking for an active holiday or a relaxing break, there is something for everyone. Travelling on the world-famous Lynton and Lynmouth Cliff Railway is a must whilst staying here. Other fantastic places of interest include Valley of the Rocks (2 miles) and the National Trust-owned Watersmeet (1 mile), or you could just head down to Lynmouth Beach (Blacklands Beach – 1 mile) and surf a wave in the North Devon World Surfing Reserve.
