Ideal for larger families and groups of friends looking to escape to the seaside, this holiday home enjoys an enviable spot just 150 metres away from Southwold Pier with its amusements, shops and eateries. When you’re not building sandcastles, you can be enjoying the sociable living spaces, the four restful bedrooms, and the vast, flower-filled garden back at the house. Step inside into the bright and welcoming lounge, filled with natural light. This spacious room offers plenty of comfortable seating and French doors leading outside, serving as a great place to relax after a busy day exploring the area. The stylish open-plan kitchen/diner is the ideal place to congregate and share delicious home-cooked meals, and there’s also a snug which is perfect for younger guests. A shower room is also on the ground floor and is ideal for washing away the sand after a day spent on the beach. On the first floor, you’ll find two en-suite king-size bedrooms, and two twin bedrooms. A sizeable family bathroom also resides on this floor.
