Whip up a feast in the spacious kitchen/diner to feed the crowd seated around the rustic wooden dining table and enjoy making special family memories over dinner. As the evening draws in, warm chilly toes beside the roaring wood burner in the lounge before hunkering down on the leather sofas for a film night in front of the TV. Head to nearby Woodbridge (5 miles) to stroll along its wonderful riverside trails and discover some fabulous local produce from the market and array of independent shops, restaurants and pubs. Coastal explorers can answer the call of the sea at Aldeburgh 16 miles away.
