Spacious single storey property enjoying a convenient village location just three miles from a wide sandy beach on the North Yorkshire Coast, situated just ten miles south of Scarborough.
This property is located in the North Yorkshire village of Hunmanby, on a quiet residential street within walking distance of the village shop and pubs. Just three miles from the village, the town of Filey offers a wide sandy beach which is particularly popular with water sports enthusiasts, as well as those who just want to relax and enjoy sunbathing, paddling, and seaside walks. For those who fancy learning a new skill, neighbouring Cayton Bay is home to a well established surf school where visitors can sign up for a surfing lesson and hire equipment. Nine miles south of the property, visitors will find the seaside town of Bridlington which is not only home to a glorious beach backed by an elegant promenade, but also boasts a characterful Old Town where visitors will find an eclectic range of shops, a number of galleries, and a choice of well regarded tea rooms, restaurants, and pubs. On arrival at this single storey property, guests come first to the spacious open plan lounge/kitchen/diner which is the natural heart of the home. At one end of this stylish, light filled space, the lounge provides the perfect place to relax, with two cosy sofas, a TV and a DVD. Moving towards the rear of the room, guests will pass the dining table and a set of patio doors, on the way to the well equipped kitchen where they will find an oven, hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, and washing machine. The master bedroom is the first of three bedrooms: a generously sized room with a king size bed and an en suite bathroom providing a shower over bath and WC. There are two further bedrooms: a double and a twin room, as well as bathroom which again offers a shower over bath and WC. Outside, there is an enclosed garden to the rear of the property, which is accessed via patio doors in the kitchen area, offering a lawned area as well as a patio with garden furniture and a BBQ. There is off road parking provided for three cars.
